We begin with Saint John Chrysostom.
George I, Patriarch of Alexandria (7th century), the successor of Saint John the Merciful, Patriarch of Alexandria, authored in Greek the work entitled¨ «???????? ????????????? ????????????. ????????, ???? ???? ??? ???????? ??? ??????? ??? ?? ?????? ?????? ???? ??? ???????????? ?????????? ??? ????????????? ?????????????????? ??????? ??? ???????????» (“George, Archbishop of Alexandria. Narrative, or Life, Way of Life, and Miracles of our Father among the Saints and Ecumenical Teacher and Archbishop of Constantinople, John Chrysostom).
This work contains previously unknown and fascinating details about the life of Saint John Chrysostom. It was published for the first time in a critical edition with translation by Professor Sotirios Balatsoukas of the University of Thessaly (Trikala, 2016, 568 pages).
A summary of this highly significant research was published by Archangels Publications (USA) under the title Conqueror of the Soul: Moments and Miracles.
